Bio
Francisco Minella Pasqual is an Urban Mobility Intern at WRI Brasil Ross Center for Sustainable Cities, working with a focus on new sustainable mobility and its regulations.
Before joining WRI Brasil, he worked as a research assistant at PET (Tutoring Educational Program) and at LASTRAN (Laboratory of Transport Systems), both located at Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, where he is graduating in Civil Engineering. In 2017, Francisco studied abroad for one semester, at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, in Stockholm (Sweden). Over there, his studies were focused on Transport and Urban Planning.
