Luke is Program Coordinator II for WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities' Global Operations team. Luke provides budgeting, grant management, and contract support for WRI Ross Center's Urban Development, Communications, and Global Strategy and Management teams.
Prior to joining WRI, Luke was a Program Assistant at the foreign policy think tank the Center for the National Interest, where he worked on projects addressing the national security implications of climate change and resource scarcity and strategic realignments in the Middle East and North Africa.
Luke holds a B.A. in Islamic Civilization and Societies from Boston College and a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of Chicago.
Luke loves music and has been playing guitar for nearly 20 years. He also enjoys cooking, running, drinking and home-brewing beer, and mixing a good cocktail now and then.
He and his wife have lived in Silver Spring, Maryland with their beloved (and spoiled) cat for the past 5 years.
