Patricia Arnal is an intern for NUMO, the New Urban Mobility alliance, hosted by WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities. Patricia is a sustainable systems designer working to bring long-term success to micro mobility initiatives. She designs strategy, projects and negotiation with private stakeholders (market incumbents) for NUMO.
Prior to her internship at WRI, Patricia finished her first year at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology for her Masters in Science focusing on solving complex socio-technical problems. Before going to grad school for the second time, she was a consultant partner at her firm ABORE&Associates, implementing corporate solutions and green practices in diverse industries. She was also a professor for sustainable development and business administration at UTEL University. Patricia holds a B.S. in International Business from Anahuac University and an MBA with a concentration in strategy and core value from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria in Spain. She was granted the Excellence Scholarship for both degrees and has worked in four different countries as a specialist and volunteer.
Patricia lives in Cambridge, MA with her husband, Vir and her cat Lu.
