The Building Efficiency Accelerator (BEA) is hosting this webinar in partnership with the Clean Energy Solutions Center and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory on the core elements of the BEA Targets Playbook. The playbook is a step-by-step, case study-based guide that cities and building portfolio managers can use to develop and implement voluntary building energy efficiency targets and improvement programs. The webinar will draw on the case of Changning District, Shanghai, which pioneered a targets-based building efficiency program to establish itself as a leading low-carbon district in Asia and globally.

Presentations will be followed by an interactive question and answer session with the audience.
