Transportation for Sustainability - An International Conference
Sustainability has emerged as an overarching concern for transport leaders around the world. This international conference supported by the Transportation Research Board of the National Academies will present thought-provoking examples of sustainability thinking, analysis, and practice in the transportation field. The conference will especially promote approaches that consider how to build a more socially, economically, and environmentally sustainable transport sector today and for future generations.
Holger Dalkman, Director, Strategy and Global Policy, WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities will give a keynote speech on Thursday May 7, 2015 focusing on global initiatives in sustainable transport from around the EMBARQ network.
