More information: King’s presentation will give guidance related to important components of a low-carbon urban mobility plan, discuss how to develop such plans, and explore the relevant tools that support the decision making process. In addition, the webinar will focus on how to identify key stakeholders and engage them in the process. King will present a step-by-step process and case studies that show how growing cities can use urban mobility plans to facilitate growth across sectors while putting cities on a path to more sustainable development.
King’s work focuses on the integration of sustainable transportation and urban development.
EMBARQ partners Clean Energy Solutions Center and the Low Emission Development Global Partnership (LEDS GP) are providing this webinar as part of a series focused on planning and financing sustainable, low-carbon urban transportation. The series is comprised of six individual webinars offered between September and December 2013.
