Audrey Walker is a Labor Intern for NUMO, the New Urban Mobility alliance, hosted by WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities. She works to understand the impacts and opportunities that new disruptive technologies will have on mobility and labor in cities around the world.
Prior to interning at WRI, Audrey interned for the US Department of Labor in the Bureau of International Labor Affairs, Office of Trade and Labor Affairs. As an intern she monitored the enforcement of international labor standards for sub-Saharan African countries as a part of the African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA).
Audrey is currently pursuing a B.A. in International Affairs and an Art History minor at the University of Colorado Boulder. In 2019, she was selected as a Global Grants Scholar and studied abroad in Barcelona, Spain.
Audrey lives in Boulder, CO and enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants and doing the New York Times daily crossword puzzle.
