Céline is Manager of Research and Applied Development at WRI México. She is responsible for ensuring quality review of knowledge products, part of the Key Performance Indicators team, and promoter of the Governance and Gender program in local governments network called ConnectCities.
Céline has worked as a researcher at the Center for Mexican and Central American Studies for seven years, developing her doctoral research and participating in the multidisciplinary activities of this center and other universities (Paris-Est (France), UAM, UNAM), on social housing, peri-urban urbanization and mobility. She participated in the methodological development of several spatial observatories at the Autonomous Metropolitan University.
She developed doctoral research in Urban Planning and Territorial Planning on social production of housing in Mexico, by the French Institute of Urbanism of Paris-Est and CEMCA. She has a Master's degree in Urban Planning from the same university and a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from the Sorbonne - Paris 1 and the University of Provence Aix-Marseille.
