Caroline is a Project Coordinator at WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities. She contributes to project management, budgeting, and operations functions for the Research and Knowledge Exchange and Urban Development workstreams, in addition to the WRI Ross Prize for Cities.
Prior to joining WRI, Caroline helped administer international education and exchange programs for several U.S. government agencies. Most recently, she worked at World Learning on the Fulbright Specialist Program, providing logistical support for grants and assisting with the program’s outreach and recruitment activities.
Caroline holds B.A. degrees in International Studies and Central Eurasian Studies from Indiana University, and has spent considerable time in Turkey on various critical language programs.
In her free time, Caroline likes to cook, spend time with friends, explore DC’s urban gardening scene, and tend to her cat and houseplants.
