Cynthia Blank

Cynthia Milech Blank is an Urban Mobility intern at WRI Brazil. She works on projects that aim to qualifying public transportation by bus. She supports and develops activities focused on QualiÔnibus Benchmarking Group and application of Quality Indicators and Satisfaction Survey tools.

Prior to joining WRI, Cynthia was an intern at a transportation engineering consulting office, where she worked on urban mobility plans, traffic impact studies, functional plans, and traffic signs projects. She was also part of the junior civil engineering company (EJECiv) and was a scientific research fellow at the Paving Laboratory, both at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), where she currently studies Civil Engineering.
