Debbie is an Urban Development Program Coordinator III, for WRI Ross Center. Her work supports the Urban Development Team efforts to provide advance solutions for today’s environmental challenges. She supports the team through financial planning and administration, project management, as well as contracts and subcontracts management.
Prior to joining WRI, Debbie worked with World ORT and managed, supported, and monitored numerous nonprofit capacity building programs, civil society and human resource/workforce development programs as well as comprehensive training programs in agriculture/irrigation, women in development and vocational training.
Debbie holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Development from Virginia Tech and a Master’s degree in International Development from Tulane University.
In her free time, Debbie likes to travel, garden, cook, watch sports and spend time with family and friends.
