Heloant Souza
Bio
Heloant Abreu Silva de Souza is an Urban Mobility Analyst at WRI Brasil and works on projects related to energy efficiency in the transport sector.
Before joining WRI Brasil, Heloant worked in public and private initiatives mainly with planning instruments such as Master Plans and Urban Mobility Plans, also with the definition, implementation, and management of public policies aimed at promoting integrated development in cities and improving energy efficiency in the urban mobility sector, and with scientific research based on the demand for integrated solutions between transport and tourism.
Heloant holds a Master's degree in Urban Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and is graduated in Architecture and Urbanism (UNIBH). She also holds an Urban Environmental Planning Specialization at Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC Minas).
Passionate about sports, Heloant is a swimmer, urban cyclist, and eventually cycle tourist.
