Urban Economics Analyst, WRI Brasil Ross Center for Sustainable Cities
Marina is an Urban Economics Analyst on the Urban Development team at WRI Brasil. She provides support to the analysis of urban financing, including financing instruments for gray and natural sustainable infrastructure in cities.
Prior to joining WRI, Marina worked as an independent economics consultant, where she supported projects related to the measurement of the economic impacts of urban air pollution. She was also an intern at the United Nations Resident Coordinator Office (UN) in Brazil and an assistant researcher at the Creative Economy Observatory at UFRGS (OBEC).
Marina holds a degree in Economics from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), having carried out part of her studies at the University of Coimbra, Portugal.
