Marley is the Planning and Performance Associate for WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities. Working on strategic planning and performance management for the Cities team, her role is to expand program visibility and impact, and to influence key decision makers to advance solutions for today’s environmental challenges.
Marley has a background in international development, political science, and project management. Prior to joining WRI, Marley worked for GE Capital spearheading the implementation of strategic system integrations and managing the creation and transition of internal operations and risk processes. She has also worked on several political campaigns at the grassroots level and in local economic development.
Marley holds an MA in International Development from American University and a BA in Political Science and International Relations from Indiana University.
Marley is an avid volleyball player, traveler and lover of hard cover books.
