Natalia is the Urban Regulation Manager at WRI México. Within the Urban Development Department, she is responsible for coordinating and promoting initiatives and regulatory projects aimed at achieving better planning and development tools for the territory.
A lawyer, Natalia holds a degree in Public Management and Administrative Institutions from the Universidad de los Andes and a Master's in Urban Planning from the University of New York. She has served as a consultant on legal issues of mobility and public law.
She has also worked with concessions of the TRANSMILENIO System in Bogotá, advising on the structuring of projects and the administration of concession contracts.
