Natalia is a Mobility and Road Safety Project Manager at WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities. Her work focuses on helping cities implement sustainable and safe mobility solutions through research, the development of public policies and street design. Natalia also leads the Bloomberg Initiative for Global Road Safety (BIGRS) in Bogota, Colombia.
Prior to joining WRI, Natalia was the Project Director at Despacio, a Colombian non-profit organization where she led various projects on sustainable urban mobility, sustainable development, active transport and road safety.
Natalia holds a European Joint Masters in Urban Regeneration from L'École Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture de Paris La Villette, Universitat Politècnica de València and Università degli Studi Mediterranea. She is also a certified road safety auditor.
