Nate Kelly is a Grants and Finance Specialist for WRI's Cities Program. He works closely with the Urban Mobility team at the Ross Center for Sustainable Cities to provide financial and administrative support.
Prior to joining WRI, Nate worked as an Urban Forestry Grants Manager at a local DC environmental nonprofit. His efforts there helped implement thousands of trees to be planted in the district. Additionally, he has experience as an IFC Climate Fellow with the World Bank where he was involved in the launch of a digital building resiliency tool to be utilized across a diverse range of stakeholders in finance and development.
He holds his Bachelor of Science from Rutgers University where he studied environmental planning and design. He is currently earning his Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University.
Nate and his wife Audrey live in Washington DC where they enjoy cycling together between trips to further explore the world and all its wonder.
