Nikita Luke is a Project Assocaite with the Health and Road Safety department of WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities. She works with research, design and data visualization on emerging trends and sustainable practices in the fields of transportation, urban planning, traffic safety and public health.
Prior to joining WRI, Nikita worked as a Lead Designer with Youth Build Boston. She also an architect and urban designer and has worked with design firms in the past. Nikita is also passionate about creating green cities and shape sustainable environments through community engagement and urban design.
She has a Master’s degree in Design with a concentration in Sustainable Urban Environments from Northeastern University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from the B.M.S College of Engineering, Bangalore.
When not working, Nikita loves to travel and enjoys photographing travel, food and lifestyle shots for her blog.
