Sadikshya is a Program Assistant for NUMO, the New Urban Mobility alliance, hosted by WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities.
She has a B.A. in International Relations, with a focus on International Political Economy from Mount Holyoke College.
Sadikshya has previously worked at the Nepal Economic Forum, where she was engaged in a research-oriented role. She conducted in depth research analyses on diverse sectors including Nepal’s labor migration, and the resource allocation under Nepal’s federal structure. She is also a mentor at the Pestalozzi Children's Village Society, where she helps young students from India, Nepal, and Zambia with college application process.
Outside of work, she is passionate about fitness and loves spending as much time as possible outside or at the gym.
