Shabib Seddiq is an Associate for Global Projects & Initiatives at WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities. He provides project management for large-scale, multi-sectoral projects in several countries, as well as supporting the reporting of ground impact and performance metrics, proposals related to strategic partners and fundraising efforts.
Shabib came to WRI with five years of domestic and international project management experience supporting USAID funded agriculture (agribusiness and SME development, market systems, value chains and food security) and rule of law projects in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Egypt, Angola, Malawi and Mozambique.
Shabib holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from Georgetown University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management with a concentration on International Development from SOAS, University of London.
Shabib currently resides in Fairfax, Virginia and enjoys Strongman training and powerlifting as well as playing video games.
