Bio
Wendy is a research associate at the EMBARQ/WRI China office, where she engages with various research projects on sustainable transportation and urban development. Prior to joining WRI, Wendy worked as a Transportation Engineer/Analyst in both the public and private sectors in Southern California for ten years, focusing on transportation demand modeling, microscopic traffic simulation, intelligent transportation systems, traffic/environmental impact analysis, and transportation project development. Wendy holds a Master’s Degree from University of California, Irvine, specialized in transportation systems engineering, a Master’s Degree from National University of Singapore, specialized in intelligent transportation systems, and a Bachelor’s degree from Southeast University, China in civil and transportation engineering.
